RECORDING (voice & music)

Unique – this is how we can describe the analog mild and warm, crisp sound. We are in love with the sound of the 70s and the 80s, and we’re looking to somehow bring it back to the new era.

We use a 24 channel Soundcraft 2400 console. This is a classic console from 1982. Back in the day, it was used by legends such as Bob Dylan, Dave Stewart, David Gilmour, Herbie Hancock, John Carpenter, Ian Anderson, and many others.

The studio is also equipped with a beautiful Otari MX-80 24-track tape recorder – an extremely versatile, high performance 24 track recorder/reproducers 2″ wide tape and 10-1/2″ NAB reels with a remote control unit.

One of our favorite microphones for recording is our Chandler Limited REDD Microphone, which is a large diaphragm tube condensor microphone, combining mic and preamp into a single, beautifully handcrafted professional recording device. It was designed to handle various source materials, including vocals, strings, piano, drums, bass guitar, electric and acoustic guitars. It was used by musicians such as Brett Eldredge, Green Day, Maroon 5, Rhys Lewis, Taylor Swift, Andrea Bocelli, etc.

Our studio works on Pro Tools system. We use Pro Tools 10, 11, 12 software and Pro Tools conversion hardware: Avid HD I/O 8x8x8 and two interfaces Avid HD I/O 16×16.

Our unique vocal chain includes analog hardware gear preamps, reverbs, compressors, limiters, EQs, etc units and it can produce the clearest sound!
